Musical team building to increase mutual listening and expressiveness
The proposal selected was Sound Building. A music session run by two trainers coaches where the free expression of music and listening to each other are merged together in an exciting ensemble.

Fun and increased level of team cohesion
The activity was a success, resulting emotions aroused fun and feelings of cohesion and liberation, a therapy for the group!
