Empire Communication, on the occasion of the award for the best employees of the year, turned to Smart Eventi to organize an incentive trip in a foreign destination that could be easily reached by the Veneto team during summer season.
Smart Eventi proposal
For the annual journey of Empire Communication, the chosen destination was Croatia due to its proximity to the agency's Venetian headquarters and to the beauty of its landscapes. Guests have stayed at a 4-star seaside resort in the quiet and green Lanterna peninsula.
We have proposed 2 main activities. A private motorboat tour where the team has explored the Croatian coast from Porec to Rovinj by diving into the fresh and clear waters. And a "carton boat"challenge a team building that consist in building a boat making it navigable by 2 people and that took place at the hotel with a competition on the water at the resort's private beach.
Results
The one for Empire Communication was a journey of fun as a reward for the excellent work done during the year.
Smart Eventi took care of the organization of the journey in all its aspects: scouting hotels, transfers, including travel from Italy, choice of restaurants, tours and team building. The right mix of meeting, relax and fun that has tested the collaboration and team spirit of all the participants.
