The Customer Request
The client is a genoese software house company belonging to the Engineering group, specializing in the management of reinsurance processes from 2022.
For 11 years, it has been organizing the XLayers User Group event in various Italian cities, inviting the insurance companies that choose to use their software, XLayers precisely, to participate. The event was hosted by several Italian cities and, this year, Smart Eventi was contacted to ensure that the 2022 edition would take place in Milan.
The Smart Eventi proposal
We have supported the customer's request to carry out the event in a historic location that contrasts with their type of product, proposing one of the oldest places in Milan, full of charm and mystery. A location a few steps from the Court and the Duomo but able to mitigate traffic noise thanks to its architectural structure, creating the feeling of being in a timeless space.
The frame of the cloister allowed guests to alternate moments of meeting with moments of leisure and coffee breaks; finally, we took care of organizing a placé lunch for all the participants.
Results Achieved
Both services were particularly appreciated, and the general response to the event was very positive from the customer.
Sales Assistant
With the help of Smart Eventi, we organized the first face-to-face event after two years of the pandemic. The location was the perfect setting for our event in Milan which was attended by 80 people from the center to the north, appreciating the structure and the suggestions transmitted by the place. An oasis of peace in the center of Milanese traffic. Our contact person Federica Ferron did her best to meet all our requests. All defined and studied in detail, from the staff to the truly excellent catering chosen by Smart Eventi. The service staff was equally helpful and professional. Federica followed us step by step in the choice and organization of the event.
