For Quattroruote Professional we organized an activity that set in motion the energy of 180 employees from all over Italy: a cardboard car building challenge! A team building that reflected the brand's values and the company's internal communication style.
Team building day for Alleanza Assicurazioni
We organized a team building sailing trip for a client who had requested a luxury training experience for its employees during which the company values of collaboration, communication, and pushing boundaries would be respected. We divided the 54 employees into ten crews that sailed through the waters of the magnificent Lake Garda.

Our "CHIARity Building” event for Leica Microsystems turned a treasure hunt into an opportunity to build wheelchairs to donate to a local assisted-living facility. This was extremely rewarding for the participants, combining a challenging activity with the joy of helping others.
Another treasure hunt we organised for Xiaomi on Lake Maggiore led employees to explore the charming town of Arona, work together and have fun in an idyllic summer setting, developing communication and problem-solving skills.
For Rancilio Group, we created a special event for employees and their families: our own unique version of 'Jeux sans frontières'. It was a fun day for all attendees, regardless of their age, and it ended in water-balloon-themed mini-olympics games. Health and safety, of course, were guaranteed at all times through a dedicated team.
Finally, for Atos Medical, we organised an orienteering and survival adventure in the snowy woods of Asiago. Equipped with maps, compasses and survival kits, the employees took part in challenges that tested their skills and team communication in a unique setting.
