Symposia Congressi contacted Smart Eventi to organize an evening party at the end of a medical convention.
Smart Eventi proposal
Smart Eventi organized an evening party which took place after the medical convention “BraYn – 2nd BraYnstorming Research Assembly for Young Neuroscientists”, which was organized at the Mario Negri Institute of Milan.
At the event participated 300 guests, all doctors aged between 25 and 35.
We proposed a wide and completely empty showroom as a location to welcome the high number of participants. We set a lounge area with 160 seats and tables.
The guests have been greeted with a welcome drink, followed by a standing dinner during which the participants could taste refined proposals prepared by the catering that we carefully selected.
The evening was accompanied by a live band and a cocktail open bar with professional barman.
Results
The event had a great success thanks to the wide location and the entertainment that we organized for the evening.
