The customer from the Municipality of Milan asked us to take care of the rental of the location and the services related to catering as part of the Clever Cities event.

We managed the rental of the location for the Clever Cities Annual Assembly, a European project born in 2018 which involves the cities of Hamburg, London and Milan in the important challenge of renewing cities through naturalistic and innovative solutions (Nature - based solutions).Over the three days, people from the urban districts of municipalities all over the world were involved - some were there physically and others were connected in streaming - and plenary sessions alternated with workshops and group works that took place in 3 rooms different. In addition to the meeting rooms, a private area of the restaurant and bar where the catering events (lunches and coffee breaks) took place were reserved exclusively for guests.
Results
The customer was very satisfied. The location proved to be perfect for the type of initiative, the services available to guests were comfortable and adequate. The catering was judged to be of a good standard.
