During the Covidi 19 pandemic, our event-planning agency re-invented itself to meet the new needs of businesses by creating virtual and digital event formats.
One of our clients was Aveda, who chose us to launch their new range of products in a virtual environment, on our own dedicated platform. We managed the entire project, from setting up the virtual environment to providing support during the days of the event. Participants explored the exhibition spaces through avatars and discovered the new products through banners, videos and interactive brochures.
For the TopLegal Awards, we recommended the use of virtual production to reach almost 1000 people remotely. Only two presenters were in attendance: an in-house journalist and, as per our suggestion, TV presenter Cristiano Militello. The virtual 3D setting, inspired by the event's logo and colours, was created with the help of a team of 20 operators, transforming the whole event into an innovative and revolutionary experience.
Another client who continues to use our systems for virtual and phygital events is NABA. Every year we organise virtual open days for them, allowing students from all over the world to participate in online activities and sessions. Through their avatars, users can explore the exhibition space, interact with professors and fellow students, ask questions, download brochures and attend workshops.
Finally, we created a virtual trade show for Geco Expo, providing an immersive and interactive experience for visitors, buyers and exhibitors. In addition to the central exhibition area, the second edition integrated particularly successful Round Tables and Green Talks, with over 90 speakers discussing sustainable development.
