Beckman Coulter, an important company operating in the heath firm, had to organize an event addressed to some company managers from different countries in which it is present.
Smart Eventi proposal
Smart Eventi organized and event which managed to involve all the participants from different cultures and which left them an amazing memory of a group experience, that was educational but amusing at the same time.
The proposal was to develop a team cooking activity, during which the guests challenged each other in the kitchen cooking typical recipes of the Italian tradition. In fact the format consisted of homemade pasta and cotoletta alla milanese, typical dishes of our country that are really loved by foreigners.
At the end of the challenge the teams were rewarded with original trophies about the cooking topic, to leave them a memory related to the experience.
Concerning the location, carefully selected by our agency, we chose a modern loft situated in a well-known area of Milan, the wonderful Porta Nuova district, which allowed to recreate a cozy atmosphere to welcome the participants.
Results
The customer was very satisfied of the development of the activity, where the guests expressed their creativity and gathered their abilities together towards a common objective: cooking a dish that was worth of the traditional Italian cuisine.
Smart Eventi distinguished itself as always for its great creativity in the activity proposal and for the ability of finding a perfect location for the event.
