Luxy SpA, a consolidated reality in the design sector, asked to Smart Eventi to organize a gala dinner on the occasion of the presentation of the new Management during Milano Design Week 2021. Our client asked us to take care of the catering (dinner served with welcome cocktail), set-ups (lights and plants) and setting up the stage for the projection of the contents.
Smart Eventi proposal
We chose a location that was suitable for hosting the event. the Liberty Room of the club, with a wooden floor and glass ceilings, finely decorated. In addition to scouting, we took care of the catering, the technical service for the presentation and the hostesses
Results
The dinner took place in a very pleasant way, in a relaxing and very welcoming place. The goal of presenting the management in a pleasant and convivial atmosphere has been fully achieved, thanks to meticulous planning. Smart Eventi succeeded in proposing a dinner that could involve the large number of people and find a location that perfectly suited the needs of the customer and the circumstances of the Salone del Mobile.
