Finding a historic location for a conference dedicated to ventricular-biomedical sector specialists
Berlin Heart is a German company that develops, manufactures, and sells ventricular assist devices for children that contacted us asking to organize a conference dedicated to doctors and biomedical engineers, to present the latest innovations, creating a meeting and discussion between industry experts.
For this occasion, the customer's request was particularly specific, asking us to find a historic location that symbolizes the city of Milan.
The Smart Eventi proposal
Location in the heart of Milan, large historic rooms and a neoclassical-style courtyard
Given the specific request of our client, it was not possible to go wrong and we proposed some of the most beautiful and famous historic buildings in the Milan area, to then select a neo-Renaissance building, located in the heart of Milan a few steps from the Duomo and able to host meetings and congresses in the internal rooms among decorations, historic furnishings and cutting-edge technologies available for congresses of this kind.
The pride of the location is the internal courtyard, circumscribed by a colonnade of neo-Renaissance arches which, given the particularly favorable climatic conditions of the period, we were able to exploit for the placée dinner organized in collaboration with catering where the customer's identity constitutes the narrative element proposed at the center of the menu.
