The British Institute is probably the best known franchise of language schools in Italy, with offices all over the Country.
In April 2016 the firm held a national meeting weekend, requiring personnel from all offices to gather to Milan, and contracted Smart Eventi to manage the whole event.
We selected the location, sourced and managed accommodation for those travelling from other cities and provided catering for all the required meals. We also planned a special and unusual Saturday night entertainment: an Agatha-Christie-themed murder-mystery dinner.
