Three-day incentive for the important customer Bankasa.
A three-day incentive at Desenzano, on Garda lake, with different team building activities and zip line adrenaline test, accompanied by two gala dinners and clubbing.
We organised a three-day incentive for our customer Bankasa and we chose Desenzano, on Garda lake because of its suggestive atmosphere and the numerous green areas which were perfect to live a special experience surrounded by nature.
The main aim of these peculiar days was, a part from awarding the employees, to strengthen the group's spirit and to create a cohesive and harmonious group.
We divided the team building activities in different phases like orienteering, with a chart work and cardinal points by bike, which included also ability tests ranging from dominoes to carbine shooting to rebus.
In the afternoon we planned an adrenaline test consisting of a zip line jump for 100 metres, aiming to win both dizziness and fear.
We organized an amazing lunch in the vineyard too, underneath the trees, just to make this experience even more pleasant and relaxing.
Concerning the two evenings we planned two gala dinners and a dancing night in a club with privè.
