We organized an incentive for Aveda group in a very peculiar location situated on Garda lake, at Acquaviva Hotel, located in Desenzano del Garda.
Aveda is part of Estée Lauder group and its mission is to take care of our world, from the creation of the products to their use in our society.
It was born from the study of Ayurveda principles, which is an Indian tradition based on the knowledge of life and the interconnection of all the things.
As an agency we booked the rooms and in this occasion until the last moment we had to pay attention to bad weather because in that case it wouldn't had been possible to organise the team building activity we planned.
For this reason we offer to the customer an alternative indoor activity, in addition to carton boat (that is a regatta with carton boats made by the participants). Fortunately we manage to organise a carton boat splitting the activity into two phases: the first one inside the hotel and the second, thanks to good weather, on the lake. The team building activity aims at connecting the company employees enhancing the group's spirit and constituting a compact and cohesive team through playful activities that creates similarities with the work environment.
