Giochi Preziosi has relied on Smart Eventi to organise the press-launch of its School Supplies collection, in collaboration with two top brands: Swarovski and Hello Kitty.
Smart Eventi found the perfect venue, took care of the technical set-up and decoration and provided the catering. After the press conference, a cocktail party with buffet meal was held.
The press conference was repeated in Rome a few days later to present the collection to Roman journalists and buyers. The location, a restaurant in the city center, was set up specifically for the event, creating a rustic setting with vintage furniture and locally sourced catering.
