BBQ Team building on Iseo Lake for our customer Canadian Solar
We organised the last day of a convention among Canadian Solar's employees, that is a well-known company famous for the production of solar panels, with the aim of gathering the participants together and giving them the possibility of deepen their knowledge outside work environment.
In fact they were all working in the same field but everyone for a different nation.
We organised an original activity for this occasion which was perfect for this wonderful season: a BBQ Team building.
We chose Iseo Lake to set the event for its amazing landscape and the quiet and reserved spaces it offers, excellent to enjoy a chilling day in a breathtaking place.
It wasn't just a normal barbecue but it has been a real challenge during which all the participants faced each other in different trials to gain the Master Grill title.
In this way they had the possibility to interact and strengthen the team spirit in an original and amusing context.
We also set a real mini-market surrounded by nature on the lake's banks, where the teams bought the best products bargaining as if they really were in a market.
Afterwards our chefs evaluated the teams for the food preparation whereas our staff gave a judgment about team spirit and creativity.
After a definitely satisfying barbecue, Canadian Solar's employees enjoyed the nature and the spaces available for them to chill out under the shadow of the trees, challenge in beach volley and ping-pong tournaments or going on canoe or pedalo on the lake.
