Team Building
As part of our consolidated collaboration, Alleanza Assicurazioni asked us to organise a summer team-building camp for the Florence workforce. A group of 59 outstanding employees, selected by the area manager, competed in what we dubbed the "Alleanza Beach Games" in Viareggio.
The participants took part in many different activities in the magnificent Tuscan countryside. On the beach in Viareggio, in the morning, we organised matches of tug of war, human table football and blind game, a game based on trust.
In the afternoon the group moved to Lake Massaciuccoli where the day ended with a dragon boat race, using historic Florentine boats.
