We were contacted by Startup Bakery and they asked us to organize their first networking meeting in presence since the birth of the business.
Startup bakery is a studio specializing in the creation of software companies with B2B targets. A forge of ideas where "serial entrepreneurs", passionate about open innovation, can meet to get to know each other, exchange different visions, and create innovative software.

Total white location, refined atmosphere and aperitif in open wine formula
We thought that the perfect solution for the location was a modern and total white space, suitable for hosting meetings, as it is already equipped with direction, projector, screens, and seats. A space with contemporary and refined tones, completed by our trusted catering that organized the aperitif with the open wine formula and piped music to create the appropriate atmosphere in the background. The magnificent terraces also allowed the 60 guests to meet and exchange ideas, overlooking the Bicocca district of Milan.

Perfect compatibility between client request and format from the event
Location and catering have perfectly adapted to the format of the requested event, managing and satisfying the requests of our client. The networking activity, as the final goal of the event, was effortlessly achieved, also thanks to interactive gaming activity, conceived by the client, to get to know each other among the people present at the evening.
Project Manager
Thanks to the services offered by Smart Eventi, we were capable of organizing our first "big" corporate event. We asked to set up an aperitif to let our network get to know each other and exchange ideas, and thanks to Giulia, who supported us from the search of the location to the choice of catering, the event was possible.
