Organizing a flower-themed 18th birthday party

The client reached us to organize her daughter's 18-year party, asking us to create a floral-themed event studied in detail, elegant and chic. The goal was to make this day unforgettable for her daughter and the guests.

Historic dwelling, flower arrangements, elegance and refinement

A princely residence from the early 1900s located in the heart of Milan, we thought it perfectly suited the concept of the event. After the restoration in 2002, it was used as a location for different events. Spacious rooms with golden colors, which eased the chromatic combination of the colors of the theme for the decorations: the alternation of the pastel shades of the flowers, with stronger colors of glass vases for the fingers, have not interrupted the refinement and elegance.

The set-up has been studied in detail from the outdoor garden, illuminated with colored LED lights, to the interior space, creating lounge areas with a delicate and fairy atmosphere.

As a welcome, a flute of sparkling wine started the party, besides, finger food, dancing, and a corner where to take souvenir photos with a polaroid. The cake, adorned with floral arrangements and gold candles, was a reminder of the whole setting. Dj set and photographer animated the party from the beginning to the end of the event.

Satisfied customers and a successful party

The evening went according to plan, and the guests had a great time. The set-ups contributed to making everything even more suggestive and elegant, and the feedback from the birthday girl's parents was particularly positive regarding the whole organization. If the goal was to make an eighteenth unforgettable, we can say that we have succeeded.
