IDC Italia, our loyal customer since years, organized a road show for Sap, an event which touched twice the city of Milan. The customer asked our support to find a location that symbolized the innovation of our modern city and we committed to satisfy the request in the best way.
Smart Eventi proposal
We proposed one of the most modern and futuristic locations of Milan to symbolize the innovation, as our customer required. It also offers an amazing panoramic view on the city.
Besides finding a suitable space to host the event, we've managed the organization at 360°: from the technical service to the catering management and the hostess' research.
Results
The customer was very satisfied, in particular of the location, which was perfectly in line with its needs and which left the guests without words for the innovative architecture and the breathtaking landscape.
