The Order of Pharmacists contacted Smart Eventi to organize the annual dinner, asking them to find a suitable location to host the event.
Smart Eventi proposal
Even this year we organized the annual dinner of the Order of Pharmacists of Milan, Lodi and MB. In particular, we recreated the ideal location, choosing a polifunctional space which was built inside an historical building which used to host the aeronautical workshops.
We handled all the details, in particular the aperitif's setting, for which we choose a wide room with lounge areas and tables to eat, lights and audio service, wardrobe and a qualified staff.
The served dinner was held in another room, in which we set a stage and we managed the audio and lights service, the centrepiece and the catering service.
During dinner all the new enrolled have been rewarded and mainly the seniority goal of registration to the register (25/50/60 years).
Results
The customer appreciated a lot the location that we proposed thanks to its peculiarity which impressed the guests leaving them a positive memory of the evening.
