International meeting for Engel & Völkers company
Organisation of the international convention of our loyal customer Engel&Völkers.
As every year our loyal customer Engel & Völkers relied on our agency to organise their international convention.
We chose a very peculiar location situated in the centre of Milan which offers different rooms that are very particular and spectacular.
We organised the catering and we located it in the prestigious Sala Colonne, where we offered to the guests a welcome coffee, lunch and the afternoon coffee breaks.
During the first day the meeting was held in the Sala Cenacolo, decorated with plasters and paintings which remind of the fasts of the XVIII century Baroque, whereas on the second day it was held in the Sala Auditorium.
To conclude the event in the best possible way we organised a memorable party in a really unique room: the Sala Polene, among relics of ships, sailing ships, helicopters and catamarans!
The guests began the evening with a cocktail, to continue with the cut of the cake and dj set inside a ship exposed in the room.
We asked our saxophonist to entertain the evening, who alternated different music genders, from jazz to today's music.
