Organize an incentive trip to celebrate the successes of the working year
Selexi, a loyal customer of Smart Eventi, after organizing various meetings and conventions, contacted us to organize an end-of-year incentive trip as a reward for 55 employees and an opportunity for discussion about where to retrace the results achieved in 2022.

Relais in Franciacorta, Christmas atmosphere, and company party
Our location scouting activity led us to choose a location at the foot of the hills in Franciacorta, a 4-star hotel that conveys the flavor of the original structure from 1670. Here, after organizing the transfer service from Milan, our guests were able to stay for two days, enjoying the Christmas atmosphere created by the snowy landscape and the location's decorations.
For the first day, we organized the company meeting in one of the rooms made available by the relais where, subsequently, we set up the aperitif and the gala dinner, followed by a company party with open bar service for our customers and the setting up of a stage with LED and video projector where a branded video of the company created for the occasion in a Christmas key.
Before returning to the city, for the second day, we organized a visit to one of the most renowned, elegant, and quality wineries in the area, in the extreme north-eastern part of Franciacorta, close to a large morainic amphitheater, an area naturally to the cultivation of vines, rich in history and landscape suggestions.
