The client asked us to organize her son's 18-year-old Black & Gold party in a loft with a terrace in Milan, taking care of every aspect of the event.
Smart Events proposal
For this Black & Gold themed event we have taken care of every detail: first of all the creation of the party logo, used on the graphics of the invitations, on the drink lists, for the signage and for the personalized selfie mirror. We then dedicated ourselves to setting up the loft with cushions, black and gold balloons and golden fringes. We also followed the tailor-made creation of the LED writing with the name of the birthday boy, of the tiered cake always strictly black and gold and of all the suppliers related to the event such as catering, DJ sets, security and the hostess wardrobe.
Results
The birthday boy was very happy with the result and how the theme of the party was followed in every detail of the location. The selfie mirror and personalized photo backdrop were also very popular, perfect for unforgettable shots!
Smart Events, with our contact person Giulia De Benedictis, were a fundamental reference in organizing the party for Lorenzo's 18 years. From the selection of the location, to the support for the choice of catering (really excellent result) and beverage, set-up and music. Nothing was left to chance both in the preparatory phase and during the event. They managed to satisfy Lorenzo's requests, making this evening special and unforgettable.
