Organizing the annual gala lunch of the Order of Pharmacists

L'Ordine dei Farmacisti, a loyal customer of our events agency for several years, has relied on us for the organization of the gala lunch and the swearing-in of new pharmacists.

This year, after the stop imposed by the pandemic, the number of participants doubled to 300 people, and, for this reason, they were looking for a location that could contain the number of guests, without losing that tone of elegance sought by the event.

A historic villa and services designed for the occasion

Based on the customer's request, we thought of a location that was a crossroads of places to visit with refined architecture. We proposed a Villa located along the Naviglio della Martesana and the Adda river, an ensemble of history and elegance that lent itself to the realization of the event, allowing us to take advantage of the large spaces framed by a natural environment of about 800 thousand square meters.

We also took care of the catering service for the aperitif and the dessert buffet, the set-up made with floral decorations, the stage for the swearing of the young pharmacists, and the musical accompaniment of our saxophonist made everything even more suggestive.

Thanks to the privileged relationship we have with this location, we were also able to organize a tour of the underground spaces of the villa and the gardens, spaces that are usually closed to the public.

The customer's expectations were met by guaranteeing all types of services requested despite the high number of guests. The day took place in the utmost comfort and peace, the location, the mass in the historic chapel, and the visits to the various spaces had very positive comments in organizational and emotional terms.
