Organizing a socially useful corporate event

This event was born from Heineken Italia, in particular the Financial area's need of organising not only a company event, but also a useful event from the social point of view. We therefore proposed them a Social Team Building.

After analysing some collaborations with different onlus and associations they chose to follow one of the paths that we suggested and we therefore organised the event with Legambiente. The activity that was developed is part of a project called "let's clean the world" which is followed by Legambiente since years.

Starting from the number of participants (150 persons) we chose the most suitable area to organise the event and we selected Parco Trotter of Milan. The name of the park comes from the Trotter Society that built an hippodrome on this area which remain active until the mid '900. They built a special school based on open-air activities afterwards.

The event started with a briefing during which they presented Parco Trotter, Legambiente and the division of the teams.
Every group was guided by a tutor in a project which consisted in the development of useful activities from the social point of view, managing in particular the removal of signs on the walls of the school buildings in the park, the security of a aviary, planting lavender plants, cleaning the butterfly house and setting the vegetable garden, realising 2 wooden flowerpots, cleaning and filling Mini Italy and in the end cleaning and setting the old swimming-pool of the park.

We also organised a KM0 lunch, managed by a Lombardy agritourism's catering.
