Holding a corporate convention to inaugurate the new Italian headquarters
Nexans is a leading multinational in the cabling and electrification industry, listed on the French market, with three branches in Italy. The company contacted us, as they have done in the past, to organise a corporate conference at their Pioltello (Mi) plant.
The event, called "Nexans Automation Forum", was an opportunity to introduce their new manufacturing site in Italy, showcase product innovations, and conduct an internal company tour for all invited customers.

The Guru Marketing team responded promptly to the client's request, suggesting to use the outdoor space by the plant, with a functional marquee set-up, designed especially for this type of event.
Subsequently, our team, while taking constant feedback by the client, prepared the slide-show presentation for the meeting, designed the graphics, and provided all the communication tools required to support the event. We also managed every aspect of the technical direction, set-up and decor, and worked on designing a menu that would appeal to both Italian and foreign guests. Last but not least, we designed gadgets for the guests: wooden power banks branded with the company logo for all attendees.
The guests were welcomed with a coffee in the morning, after which the meeting began. The programme also included lunch and a visit to the headquarters, for which guests were into two groups.
The Guru Marketing team also made sure safety equipment was appropriately distributed, including headphones and microphones to be used during the plant tour.
