Team building carton boat for Daimler Merfina on Vico Lake
We organised a team building for Daimler-Merfina, proposing a carton boat.
We chose a lido on Vico Lake as a location because we thought it was suitable for the kind of activity we had to develop. A team building carton boat consists in building boats made of carton which are then tested in the water to try their resistance.
After the initial building phase, the activity ended up with a little time regatta on the lake to choose the winning team. To conclude the activity we organised a lunch to relax which was followed by a short business meeting.
In the afternoon we also gave the possibility to play football and beach volley, for the ones who still had energy and wanted to go on with new sport challenges, besides the possibility of using the lake's lido for the ones who preferred to chill out.
