Team Building orienteering outdoor
We organised a team-building in Arona for our long-term client Adecco, as part of an incentive travel project for a major multinational company. Forty participants were divided into eight teams and offered a comprehensive range of outdoor activities as part of an adventure path. The challenges included orienteering, overcoming multiple obstacles, practicing archery, building an emergency shelter and a stretcher, fire ignition with non-traditional materials.
Activities such as these help foster cohesiveness among the members of a team and honing leadership skills and organisational skills. The session lasted for four hours and left the participants happy and deeply satisfied, which was, of course, extremely rewarding and gratifying for our own team.
