Team building with the amazing race for Griffon&Romano at the Quanta Village.
We organised a team building activity based on the amazing race for the customer Griffon&Romano.
It is a factory which developed into a major service centre in the Italian stainless steel industry.
Today the company is part of the multinational Slovenian Steel Group (SIJ), which is made up of 20 companies across the globe.
It leads the domestic market in the production and sale of stainless steel, Ni-Alloys and special steels.
The idea of organising a business team building was born from the necessity of strengthening the connections between the employees through a direct involvement.
We chose a sports centre in Milan as a location to host the event because we thought it was suitable to do different kinds of activities.
In fact during the amazing race we organised different proofs (human table football, the tube, blind game, rope pull...) all aiming at testing the participants' ability, but mainly to gather them in this sort of team game.
After that, there was a lunch at the main building, to conclude the activity in the best possible way and rest a bit after all these efforts.
