Team building for an insurance group
We organised a summer camp in July in a former hunt reserve situated in the countryside between Lodi and Pavia.
We dedicated an entire day to a team building activity. During the day we proposed different kinds of activities that we organised for our customer and that we called solving team (consisting of 150 persons).
The participants had to face different proofs that exalted their abilities, through physics and logic outdoor proofs. The final aim is to solve the enigma of the exercise in a prearranged period of time.
This day has been very interesting and there was a pleasant convivial atmosphere.

Aims:
- Looking for a rural space suitable for this kind of activities (need of a lot of space and shadow)
- Organizing catering (we proposed a barbecue)
- Price-giving ceremony at the end of the day to the winning team and medal to all the participants with a final speech by the company CEO
