Accenture, a leading company in the field of consulting technology services, asked Smart Eventi to organise a business incentive trip. The day's program was structured as follows: in the morning there was a meeting was held at the Hotel La Palma in Stresa, then lunch and in the afternoon a team-building activity.
To encourage teamwork and team cohesion, we organised a carton boat race, which saw the participants building boats solely from pieces of cardboard. Each team had to use their cardboard boat to cross the nearby lake.
Easy to explain, but difficult in its practical implementation, building a functioning cardboard vessel requires intelligence, problem solving skills and a certain amount of competitiveness and it is, above all, tremendous fun. The smiles on our clients' faces were the best reward we could have asked for.
