Finding an energising activity for ABB’s team
ABB, an established and trusted client, requested an innovative team building experience for a group specialising in inclusion-related work. The objective was to develop a dynamic and energising activity that would strengthen team spirit, fostering the creation of a cohesive group oriented towards shared common goals.
Our Proposal
Drum Circle: musical harmony for corporate integration
The client chose one of our most popular team building activity: a drum circle. We structured the workshop into progressive and engaging phases. The experience began with an introduction to musical perception through body movement, continuing with the use of professional percussion instruments . The participants stood in circular formation, to encourage mutual listening and harmonic communication. The second phase involves dividing into creative groups for the creation of personalised musical jingles, using familiar melodies and adapting lyrics with specific terminology linked to ABB's corporate values, ensuring perfect alignment between entertainment and strategic corporate messaging. The activity ended with a collective performance, followed by delicious dinner at a local restaurant
