Management change meeting
Key 2 People is the top executive-search and professional service provider in Italy and in June 2016 they contracted Smart Eventi to plan a special event to mark a change in management.
We went location scouting for a venue that could welcome the over 100 attendees that were to convene for the occasion and that could allow for top-quality audiovisual equipment to be installed. This was due to the fact that the European Championship was in full roll at the time and we were planning on showing the quarter final matches during the scheduled meals - for which we also provided the catering. We found the perfect venue in Le Officine del Volo, a gem of Milan postindustrial architecture, whose interior consists of vast, well-lit and highly customisable spaces, with characteristic tall and cathedral-like glass windows.
