The Customer's Request

We were contacted by IAD Italia, the international real estate group born with the idea of breaking down the barriers between physical agencies and clients by offering quality digital services.

The request was to support the organization of the CAP ML 2022 event in every aspect, an internal meeting dedicated to all IAD Italia agents.

Smart Eventi proposal

We started from the concept of the event, and we immediately realized that we needed the cooperation of different skills to achieve the goal. We, therefore, decided to involve 3 of our operational units: the team building area for the development of creative content, the GURU Marketing area for the communication aspects, and the events area for the organizational and logistic parts.

An excellent acoustics and a modern design were the driving elements that led us to choose a large space a few steps from Milan central station.

The communication part saw us engaged in the creation of the creative concept and the development of a claim CHANGE! ACTION! POWER! that characterized the entire event. (ask claim)

After that, we took care of the graphics and layout of all the contents in the lineup. We took care of the direction and broadcasting of all the interactive content planned during the event. Finally, we coordinated all the break moments with one of our catering at the height of the event, and provided the necessary staff to carry out and shoot the emotional moments of the convention as hostess, photographer, and video maker.

Achieved results

During the event, everything worked as per our client-agreed schedule. Times were very tight, but despite this, we managed to insert a moment of leisure with the drum circle activity, a musical team building that made the meeting energetic and exciting. The organization and management of the event were particularly appreciated by our client.
