La Mer, for the annual meeting for an internal training, has turned to Smart Eventi to organize an incentive trip in a destination that could be easily reached by the various managers located throughout the Italian territory.
Smart Eventi proposal
The choice for this incentive trip was Tuscany with the selection of a 5-star resort surrounded by unspoiled nature, once a medieval village and now retains its character by offering a modern congress center, a wellness center and a large area dedicated to the golf.
We also thought about two evenings for La Mer’s team: a gala evening in which we proposed a suggestive atmosphere with soft lighting and a brick ceiling in a typical restaurant inside the walls of Siena that offers, among its choices, a menu of other times recalling the medieval tradition. For the second evening, we chose a great restaurant on the square of one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, Monteriggioni.
Results
The four days of training held inside the hotel's exclusive conference center, in a splendid glazed meeting room overlooking the sweet Tuscan hills and the evenings spent among the suggestive medieval Tuscan villages have guaranteed the perfect harmony between meeting, relax and wonder, all signed by Smart Eventi.
