press day
The client’s request
The new cosmetics brand IE TRENDS contacted us for support in organizing a press day with the purpose of presenting products to female journalists and bloggers. We were asked to look for a location and catering service best suited to the context, to organize a make-up artist and model service, and finally to take care of the graphics and live broadcast on social channels.
Smart Events' proposal
The brand comes to the market with a complete product portfolio, vegan and gluten-free, suitable to meet all kinds of customer needs.
We, therefore, thought of a space that was in the center of Milan, a few steps from the Duomo, easy to reach and modular, therefore suitable for any type of event.
Proposing a multifunctional location, complete with every comfort for printing and spaces where we could create test stations for make-up artists, equipped with a photo shoot.
Results Achieved
The press day was functional and enabled us to introduce the products to the journalists and bloggers present.
If in the first part of the event there was a presentation of the products, in the second part we gave the opportunity to test and try them directly on the skin. The make-up artists created fabulous makeup and were able to show how to apply the products to perfection.
The client was satisfied and thanked us for the whole event management.
