Engel & Völkers Italia, our loyal customer, contacted us to organize their national convention.
Smart Eventi proposal
We organize a national convention known as “E&V Day Italia” for our customer Engel & Völkers Italia, taking care of every aspect of the event.
We proposed a wide and multifunctional space situated in the Eastern part of Milan, which welcomed the high number of participants.
The event started with a meeting which took place in the morning, which ended with an award ceremony followed by a buffet lunch.
In the afternoon the convention went on with other meetings and award ceremonies.
We served a refined aperitif to conclude the day in the best way. It was prepared by the catering that we carefully selected and it was followed by a passing-by dinner.
In the end the participants had a great fun on the music played by a live band and then by the dj set, all accompanied by an open bar.
Results
The client was very satisfied of the development of the event and of the attention that we took at every detail.
