Our trusted client, Iriscube Reply, contacted us again this year for the organisation of their 2-day corporate trip. This is a yearly occurrence and we have worked on this recurrent event of theirs on multiple occasions.
The Smart Eventi Proposal
Sea-view, team building, music and meetings
Securing a suitable hotel for 200 people in Liguria during a summer weekend posed a significant challenge. The best bet turned out to be a resort in Loano. Equipped with a conference center, outdoor pools, sports facilities, and terraces, it really did have it all. Guests settled in on the first day, then enjoyed a buffet dinner and a DJ set. The following morning got off to an energetic start with team-building activities, which included a selection from our “Jeux sans frontières” format in the hotel's outdoor sports center: the team played beach volleyball, human foosball, and other creative games of our own devising. After a morning filled with fun, guests enjoyed a sea-view lunch on the terrace of a Yacht Club and a relaxed beach afternoon. The day ended with dinner at an exclusive sea-view restaurant and a DJ set, with the final day devoted to formalities and meetings.
