The Customer's Request
The Canadian Solar company relied on us to organize a corporate trip for its international team.
The company's idea was to identify a location near Milan but surrounded by greenery, spacious, and well organized, where guests could stay for 2 nights and take part in 3-day meeting sessions.
Smart Eventi proposal
Taking into account our client's needs, we thought it was crucial to identify a structure that could offer both moments of work and moments of leisure.
The location identified is located at the foot of the beautiful Franciacorta hills, so we also took care of coordinating the movements and transfers of all guests.
The building, a farmhouse dating back to 1670, surrounded by typically pre-mountain vegetation, offers large spaces to carry out both conventions and team-building activities, thus reducing travel and optimizing times.
The first activity saw the guests become the protagonists of our dinner with crime, the second instead, was animated by one of our presenters and a professional sommelier, allowing them to participate in a wine tasting, an activity that matches the context of the location perfectly.
Achieved results
In addition to having identified a oerfect location that lent itself to the event, we could coordinate the 3 days of meetings, alternating moments of work and relax in the countryside, with team building and collaboration activities, widely appreciated by guests, as much as from the company.
