A Prestigious milestone: CQOP-SOA's 25th Anniversary
CQOP-SOA's CIO chose us as their strategic partner to orchestrate an event of extraordinary importance: their 25th corporate anniversary. Having already selected an elegant hotel as their venue, they now needed a comprehensive creative vision and impeccable management of staging, entertainment and supplier coordination. This prestigious event, designed for 180 selected guests including journalists and political personalities, would unfold through a rich programme from 4:30 pm until midnight, combining a conference, refined dinner and celebratory moments.
Our Proposal
Innovation and identity: creative solutions for CQOP-SOA’s unforgettable snniversary
We developed a dynamic and personalised project that perfectly celebrated the two cornerstone elements of CQOP-SOA's vision: technological innovation and corporate identity expressed through their characteristic blue branding. Our intervention transformed the existing space through significant enhancement of the technical apparatus, introducing elegant branded panels around the central LED wall, positioned on a stage covered with refined coordinated blue carpet.
The visual experience was further enriched by an advanced lighting system and strategic customised panels featuring the company logo. We integrated this high-tech setup with an innovative sustainable floral project, exclusively using locally grown, seasonal plants and flowers, creating fresh environments in perfect harmony with the overall concept. For the highlight of the evening, we designed an engaging sand art performance, masterfully executed by artist Andrea Arena, who magnificently narrated the company's 25-year history, culminating in the management of the spectacular final laser show.
