Finding venue, preparation and catering
Smart Eventi was responsible for the organisation of a very important corporate event on behalf of Hitachi, a leading Japanese company in the the fields of electronics and electrical engineering. The event had the purpose of presenting the merger of Hitachi with the Italian company CBT to employees, buyers, partners, customers and press.
The meeting was held in the prestigious Galleria del Cardinale of Rome and ended in an elegant cocktail buffet. Guests also had the opportunity to have a drink and walk in the beautiful garden of Palazzo Colonna.
Smart Eventi oversaw every aspect of the organisation of the event: the choice of the location, the technical services, the catering and hostesses.
