Even this year Engel & Volker relied on Smart Eventi to organize the annual meeting of Italy group.
Smart Eventi proposal
For this special occasion we manage all the event's organization, starting from the scouting location to host the meeting part for which we proposed an elegant space situated in the modern Porta Nuova district.
We managed the catering service for coffee break and for lunch, for which we proposed excellent courses to delight the guests' taste.
We also managed to find the staff such as hostesses and photo service, besides all the location setting.
The working day ended with an excellent dinner that we organized at a prestigious restaurant situated near the space where the event took place, renowned for its excellent offer and the refined furniture.
Results
The customer was very satisfied of the event, in particular of the way we organized every single detail in the best way, not letting anything to chance and managing the event at 360 degrees.
