DoctorWine asked Smart Eventi for a support in the organisation of the annual award event of the best Italian wine cellars.
Smart Eventi proposal
In collaboration with the communication agency MD Comunicazione, we organized the annual award event of the best Italian wine cellars, in which more or less 500 guests representing 450 cellars took part, and the presentation of the DoctorWine 2020 Guide, which provides the lists of the best Italian wine cellars divided by region and kind of vineyards.
It is an event which took place every year during the first weekend of the Milano Wine Week, a week of events and initiatives dedicated to the wine sector.
We proposed an elegant hall with refined decoration as location for the event, which is situated inside an historical palace in the real heart of Milan.
During the event, the whole morning was dedicated to the discussion of the main topics related to the wine world and to the award of different categories of made in Italy wines.
Results
The client was very satisfied of the location that we chose to organize the event for the refinement of the hall and the extremely central position, but mainly for the capacity of the space, which allowed to host the high number of guests.
