Our customer Luxottica, leader in high-fashion, luxury and sports sunglasses, asked us to find an intimate, informal and relaxing location to host their meeting.
Smart Eventi proposal
We answer our customer request finding a space which was in line with its expectations.
The event we had to organized was a two-day meeting in the marketing field and, besides finding a suitable place to host it, we also managed the setting and the catering.
We proposed an amazing location which is a very intimate and familiar place, as our customer required, and it reminds of an apartment's living-room. During the evening the guests were very relaxed, feeling like home.
Results
The customer was very satisfied of the location, which was perfectly in line with its expectations.
The event went on in a quiet and chilling way, in an intimate and informal environment which recreated a pleasant atmosphere.
