Mediobanca Gala Dinner

Smart Eventi was contracted to organise a gala dinner for the Italian CEOs conference of Mediobanca. For such a unique occasion, we selected an equally unique location within the Milan Arena. Since the scheduled date of the dinner happened to be also the evening of an Italy match of the 2016 European Football Championship, we went the extra mile and offered our guests a memorable sport and dining experience. How better to position a maxi screen to enjoy a football match, than on the backdrop of a real football pitch? We positioned the screen so that the Arena pitch was right behind it. Smart Eventi took care of all the logistics and technical needs pertaining to the screen projection as well as the catering and the actual dinner, so that all of our guests were able to enjoy a pleasurable and engaging evening.
