National Instruments Italy, a leading company of innovative technologies, contacted us to organize a team building for its employees from around the world. The goal was to encourage teamwork but also competitiveness.
The activity chosen was the Team Cooking, which we organized in a restaurant in Milan. The group was divided into four teams, each of which was to carry out a typical dish of Italian cuisine: pizza, caponata, gnudi and chocolate mousse.
The evening continued with a dinner during which everyone got to enjoy what they had made with their hands. Finally we rewarded the winner team, who earned more points about teamwork, cleanliness, the time taken and the final result.
