Customer Request
The target of our customer Grundfos was to touch some topics, which are very important for the company, through an educational activity which managed to involve the participants in an active way.
Smart Eventi proposal
Smart Eventi proposed an original team building activity: the company theatre, which involved all the guests making them the main characters of the day.
The participants worked on improvisation and on teamwork guided by our theatre teacher.
During the team building we touched the different topics which has been established in advance with the customer based on the results that he wanted to achieve through this activity. The guests reacted in an excellent and proactive way collaborating like a real theatre company.
We also found a suitable hotel for the overnight staying, a meeting room and restaurants which were perfectly in line with the activity.
Results
The activity went on in a lively way, involving all the participants who had a great fun feeling as if they were actors for one day.
The aim of conveying some teachings through an entertaining activity was completely achieved, thanks to the creativity and the originality of Smart Eventi’s proposals.
