Organizing meetings and parties for the 110th anniversary of the Movi company

Movi is a long standing customer of Smart Eventi who has been relying on us for years to organize the company Christmas party. A well-founded trust rewarded by a request with a high symbolic value: organize their most important corporate event for celebrating the milestone of 110 years of career. The location had already been identified by the client who wanted a large industrial-chic space in Milan, but he also asked for a very high customization of the spaces to give importance to the relevance of the event.

The location had already been identified by the client who wanted a large industrial-chic space in Milan, so we took care of all the setting up and personalization of the environment, the technical service, the catering and the entertainment. The first challenge was to make the venue more personal and suited to his needs. The venue is located in a big area outside the center of Milan, with large and modular spaces. Making the most of these structural characteristics, we set up a part dedicated to the meeting, taking care of the technical service, and then we gave life to a separated party area, dedicated to dinner and dancing, for which we provided catering and musical entertainment. After the initial institutional meeting, in which the evolution of the company was recounted and some career awards were assigned, the event took a more playful twist to celebrate this significant anniversary. To the guests was served a buffet dinner accompanied by a rich open bar, while the evening was made even more engaging by a live DJ set by one of one of the most famous cover bands in the Lombardy area, making all the participants party and dance until late night.

When celebrating such an important milestone in the career of a company, the attention that must be paid to every detail and customer’s request is crucial. In this case the event was a success thanks to the accurate personalization of the spaces and the engaging entertainment of the guests throughout the all evening.
